We run assessment skills training courses for Assessors and Development Centres. Our course is suitable for anyone who wishes to become an Assessor, from complete beginners to those with limited experience, or those who would like some refresher training.
Our 2-day course will deliver the following:

- Evaluation errors, e.g. halo effect leniency etc
- Observing and assessing behaviour
- Rating scales in assessment
- Checking for consistency amongst assessors
- Demonstrating ability to assess behaviour
- Preparing and running feedback sessions.
